I have been thinking for a long time whether to get myself the Apple third generation iPod Nano Silver with 4GB of memory for ages. I saw one great deal in one of the online stores a few days back but I was still contemplating. When I have decided to check out the site to purchase the iPod today, the item was out of stock. Haiz! I missed it again! I do not know why I have been in such an indecisive mood all the time after encountering similar problem not once but many times in my life. Why can’t I learn my lesson that time waits for no one?
Sometimes, it is good to survey the online market for best deals but taking your own sweet time in checking and making a decision will not help you to get what you wanted. I am one typical case. If you see a best buy, just go for it. Do not ever waste time in making your decision. See what happened to me now? Instead of saving $90 if I bought the iPod then, now I have to foot out another $90 to buy it from elsewhere. Don’t you think that I am such a time waster? Worst still, I have to pay more on delivery charges now when the previous company has waived off the fees.
What a life! I better buck up from being such a time waster in life. Luckily, that was just an item. What if that was a golden opportunity that would make me rich for my whole life? If I were to sit and wait again, I would forever be in the average income group. If you have the habit of accepting failures without even considering any rectifications, then there would not be a better tomorrow in your whole life. You have to change the mindset to be more positive and stern in making decision. Please remember that an opportunity hardly knocks on you door twice. If you have a decision to make, take a strong stand and decide it fast. Go for it without wasting more time.

When was the last time you ever contacted your Dad? Have you even notice that he has aged a lot. Did you give him a hug recently? Do you realize that this coming Sunday, 15 June 2008 is Fathers’ Day? If you have not done so, please go over to pay him a visit not only this Sunday but many days after that. All fathers, whether they are your biological one, adopted one or even someone you respect as a father figure, would love to get at least some acknowledgments.
Some of you may choose to spend this special day with your father by buying him gifts, cook something special for him or even take him out for a nice meal. When it comes to deciding what sort of gift for him, many of us will be stressed out as shopping for some fathers could be rather hard. Gifts for fathers should reflect the personality of the father. It could also be something that can bring back memories of the bond between you and your father. As for me, I would prefer to give my father a red packet as in the Chinese custom. It symbolizes longevity, health and prosperity. At least he can spend the amount on whatever he wants. Some will give him some shopping vouchers, vacation tickets or even engraved pens if he is still in the corporate world.
Not all fathers are so materialistic as to demand for something of monetary value. There are many things that he cannot do physically now and a simple gesture of helping in household chores would be of value to him. They do not expect much from their children since most of them have grown up and have their own lives. A simple gesture of a long loving hug and some quality time spent together will be much appreciated.
Fathers are also human beings with feelings. He will feel unappreciated for the sacrifices he has made throughout your growing up years. Do not make your father feel so inferior in his life for feeling the rejection from you. Show him what you can do by showering him with your endless love. Let him know that he is always being remembered by you. Prove to him that you are still a filial child not only on Fathers’ Day but also for many years to come.
I love you Dad…Happy Fathers’ Day

The car is the second most common mode of transportation in most part of the world. In terms of fatal road accidents, the major cause of such fatalities is head injuries due to ignorance to wear proper safety belts. What about the remaining causes of the fatalities? Anybody knows? Well, not many people realized the dangers of loose objects in the car which caused the remaining fatalities. We usually go on with our daily lives, thinking that accidents might not happen to us. Although buckled in, just tell me how many cars do not have water bottles, stationeries, or at least a mobile phone in it? Nobody gave them some thoughts. Why would they? No matter what, a little bit more of precautions would not hurt us a bit.
There are tens of millions of autos on the road today, well crash tested and have air bags and antilock brakes to give the driver a sense of safety on the road. The speed limits have increased and SUVs as well as MPVs have multiplied. Most people have sought their vehicles into second living rooms where hidden dangers abound, from a plastic card on the dashboard to tennis racquets and golf clubs in the back. In a crash, any of these objects could turn into a deadly projectile. In a real case, a man’s neck was slashed by a credit card that was lying on the dashboard. Surprisingly, he was just a back seat passenger who survived the ordeal with minor injuries.
A spokesman from the US Highway and Auto Safety once said that loose cargo and unbelted riders are safety issues that drivers overlook. ”We’re losing more lives and suffering more injuries than we realize.” Did those collisions result in serious injury? Not necessarily. It is the loose objects that created additional risk. No matter what, check your car regularly. Get an auto insurance quote from the nearest insurance company. Anything can happen when you least expected. I read about the car safety guidelines in details but why were all these never even mentioned the safety guidelines when we apply for a license or even purchase a car? The necessary authority ought to highlight the dangers of loose objects in the car.

I felt as if I have been run down by a truck each day I come home from work. Initially, I thought age has crept in slowly and my body could no longer take in the workloads and pressures as it used to be. I tried to exercise but I got even more lethargic than ever and I gave up on that. This made me stressed out and ate even more. Eventually, I gained a few kilograms due to bad stress management. I got sick regularly as my digestive and immune systems got all messed up.
Luckily, a friend of mine who had the same experience recommended me Co-Clean and my life began to show vast improvements. It was the toxin level within me that was the culprit. I never knew that it could have caused me so much of complication in life. Now I jog regularly before going to work and I do not feel the lethargy anymore. My weight went back to normal and my digestive systems improved tremendously.
Thanks to Co-Clean detoxifying colon cleanse processes that made my life better. Not only did it help my body to dispel harmful toxins, it also led me to a healthier lifestyle. Now I feel that I have more energy to complete my tasks, better concentration power, smooth bowel systems, great shape and no more constipation problems. Each tablet contains Apple Cider Vinegar to assist in the elimination of toxins in the body, Grapefruit Concentrate to eliminate bacteria, toxins and parasites in the digestive system, Chitosan to help reduce cholesterol levels and promote weight loss, Cascara Sagrada Bark to treat constipation and bloating, Senna Extract to stop bowel constipation irregularity and Oat Fiber to help maintain normal bowel movements.

I had the most wonderful outing along the beach with a group of close friends recently. We barbequed, we ate, we drank until the wee hours of the morning. Stephanie even came with her special secret recipe – baked cheesy crabs in shell. Marianne contributed some fried nuggets and fries. Johnny bought quite a lot of peanuts and snacks to keep us munching away throughout the night. It was real fun letting the hair down for the weekend without worrying about work pressures.
Unfortunately, I had some complication days after the wild night out. Zits after zits began popping out from my face, neck and even body. I felt so embarrassed even to meet up with my colleagues and clients at work. I tried applying zit creams but the zits got even bigger until my face looked swollen. I was wondering whether it was the food that I had taken during the BBQ outing that caused me to have some food reaction towards my skin.
Could it be the lack of rest or lack of consuming more water during the party? What about the dryness from the breeze of the night or even the consumption of fatty and oily food? Although I had taken a few days of leaves to keep myself from being humiliated further, the zits just won’t go off. In fact it popped up even more until I have to seek acne treatments from the professionals. Do you know what was the analysis given? I had my pores all clogged up with the oil from the BBQ and some bacteria had set in to make it even worst. This is one hard lesson I had learned that my hands have to be clean always whenever I want to touch my face.
