MOTHERFLOWERS

Mothers’ Day is one of those special days where you set aside all other commitments and reflect on all the wonderful things your mother has done for you. The majority of us would probably consider buying something special, some kind of a material gift for Mum so she can feel the love and care that she deserves. However, what makes a mother especially loved and cared for is more than just a material gift on Mother’s day, but a sincere love, appreciation and a sense of closeness.

With a high increase of prices in practically all the things now, most of us are all out trying to earn that little extra to make ends meet. Thus, most of us don’t even have enough time to spend with our parents. Just ask yourself: how many times a year do you call your mother; how many times a year do you see her, how many times do you listen to her and ask for her opinion or advice? Do give her a call her now. Lend her your time as your gift of time. Mothers are here for us not only on Mothers’ Day but also the remaining days throughout the year. They surely deserved many more days, right? Being more creative, loving and more personal would make the best gift of love that you could ever give to your mother.

I’m also very sure that she as a Mother and a woman would also love to receive some fresh flowers frequently. You could always engage the us flower delivery services to give her that surprises she would love to receive from you.

Thanks Mum for providing me the perfect soil in which to grow to make me who I am today. Happy Mothers’ Day!

MAINSTREAM MEDIA VS INDEPENDENT NEWS ON FUKUSHIMA RADIATION FALLOUTS: WHO TO BELIEVE?

If you have been constantly following the Mainstream Media, we were told that a large numbers of food are all safe to consume. The FDA is in charge, after all. So it must really be safe. How true is this? The respective governments have always been saying about radiations and chemicals: If it’s invisible, it MUST be safe! It’s like saying that the cows are not contaminated but the grasses they ate are… What a joke!

MOOCOW

From an extract in the Natural news, it was learned that:

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues to release new data showing that various milk and water supply samples from across the US are testing increasingly high for radioactive elements such as Iodine-131, Cesium-134, and Cesium-137, all of which are being emitted from the ongoing Fukushima Daiichia nuclear fallout. As of April 10, 2011, 23 US water supplies have tested positive for radioactive Iodine-131 (http://opendata.socrata.com/w/4ig7-9eqd/y34g-bnf3?cur=TgjW3mRumyl&from=root), and worst of all, milk samples from at least three US locations have tested positive for Iodine-131 at levels exceeding EPA maximum containment levels (MCL) (http://opendata.socrata.com/w/pkfj-5jsd/y34g-bnf3?cur=w_bE5ToS3hx&from=root).

Water may be the least of our problems, however. New EPA data just released on Sunday shows that at least three different milk samples – all from different parts of the US — have tested positive for radioactive Iodine-131 at levels that exceed the EPA maximum thresholds for safety, which is currently set at 3.0 pico Curies per Liter (pCi/l).

In Phoenix, Arizona, a milk sample taken on March 28, 2011, tested at 3.2 pCi/l. In Little Rock, Arkansas, a milk sample taken on March 30, 2011, tested at 8.9 pCi/l, which is almost three times the EPA limit. In Hilo, Hawaii, a milk sample collected on April 4, 2011, tested at 18 pCi/l, a level six times the EPA maximum safety threshold. The same Hawaii sample also tested at 19 pCi/l for Cesium-137, which has a half life of 30 years (http://www.naturalnews.com/031992_radioactive_cesium.html), and a shocking 24 pCi/l for Cesium-134, which has a half life of just over two years (http://opendata.socrata.com/w/pkfj-5jsd/y34g-bnf3?cur=w_bE5ToS3hx&from=root).

Why is this milk contamination significant? Milk, of course, typically represents the overall condition of the food chain because cows consume grass and are exposed to the same elements as food crops and water supplies. In other words, when cows’ milk starts testing positive for high levels of radioactive elements, this is indicative of radioactive contamination of the ENTIRE food supply.

No safe level of radiation from nuclear fallout. Background and airplane radiation is an external emitter of radiation, while Fukushima-induced radiation in food and water is an internal emitter. The former, which is considered “normal” radiation, hits your body from the outside, while the latter goes directly inside your body and into your digestive tract. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the immense difference between the two, and the much more severe consequences associated with literally ingesting radiation verses having it hit your skin.

When you consume radioactive food, the threat to your health increases exponentially. That’s because internal radiation is far more deadly to your body than external radiation. It all comes down to the law of the inverse square of the distance between you and the radiation source. A speck of radioactive dust that’s one meter away from you, for example, is twice as dangerous as that same speck four meters away. But if you eat that radioactive speck as in whatever radiation contaminated food, it might only be a millimeter away from your internal tissues. You have now magnified the radiation intensity by one million times, even if that tiny speck has been labeled as a “low level”.

After all, you are what you eat. If you eat radioactive cesium which had been absorbed into your “fresh” food, you quickly become a WALKING RADIOACTIVE TIME BOMB from the inside. It’s a matter of time before your “internal engines” break down and erupts…

WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE MY CHOCOLATE EGGS?

EASTEREGGS

Easter is just around the corner and what would be the most ideal ways to throw a party for some of guests’ children? There would be the decorating of eggs. All you would need are some hard boiled eggs, poster colors, color pencils, crayons and some stuff for cleaning up. There can be a coloring contest too. All you need are pre-prepared black outline of a standardized cartoon sketches and you get the kids to color them up. Scattering some eggs around the garden would be another great adventure for kids. Well, they would need to be rewarded too for getting the most eggs in the hunt.

You could always have a Personal Creations Easter basket as the main lucky draw for the day as well as some smaller items which can be used as prizes for the relevant contests you are holding. After all, it’s a day where there should be a lot of fun for both adults and children. Everyone should go home with something in hand. 🙂

HEALTHIER DIET WITH A SLIMMER BODY

LIPOFUZE

Ever since leaving my adolescent years, my metabolism rate had begun to show signs of getting hay-wired. It’s getting real obvious that after a few rounds of good buffet meals, my waist showed a significant increase. I really wished that I could get back the figure I had during my younger days. Well, it’s still not too late for me to find out what would the best solutions be.

From that moment of shock I had while trying to put my bulky body onto a dress to attend my best friend’s wedding, I had decided to get rid of the incredible flabby waist of mine. I have to take control of my weight or I would have ended up in the Guinness Book of Records for being the heaviest. LOL! Nowadays, I would go for daily runs and control my food intake. In short, I had cut down on sugar, salt and meat intakes and consumed more fruits and vegetables. The results were encouraging but it just could not get me down to my preferred size.

I have to find an alternative diet plan to provide me a more significant result. Maybe I would just go for cheap lipofuze to try out on the weight loss effects. Who knows, I might end up being the sexiest lady in the world. 😛

SAY NO TO DRUG ABUSES

MALIBUDRUGHOME

When I was young, I often visit my neighbors to play during my free time. I used to remember they had an uncle who was a drug addict. Being a young child, I could not understand the reason behind him being an addict. Though I felt a little scary about it, I still go to their house for a session or two of games. Sometimes, I do see some used syringes scattered underneath his bed.

Since most patients are in the denial, it would be rather difficult for them to seek treatment during the crucial period, especially during that time when medication was not that advanced yet. If it would have been today, I would probably advise my neighbor to persuade her uncle to seek the required treatments. Nowadays, most rehabilitation centers do offer inpatient substance abuse treatment. At least, it would help those affected persons to eliminate their addictions and lead a better life. Overdosed of drugs or alcohol could lead to fatal diseases and many other complications. Thus, it would be great to stay away from them.

Anyway, that neighbor of mine met his fate not long after. All I could remember was that an ambulance took his almost frozen body and never saw him again. I had never asked about his absence. I guessed he would have long gone by now.
