I was down with fever for 10 days just a few weeks ago and I lost 15lbs. I was happy with the lost but this is not what I should be doing. I should not be torturing the weak body to sustain more injuries in the future. A healthy body would not get sick so easily. To rectify the problem, I started taking in more nutrients and healthy diets. The longer I went into the non-meat diet, the more I longed for those fatty steaks and burgers.
Within a few days of forcing myself into those supplements which I considered tasteless now, I went into food blogging and ended up eating more lavish and fat content food. I gained more pounds than I ever expected. After every meal, I will laze about not doing anything and the body just bloated up like nobody’s business. Each time I tried to motivate myself to get out of the house to have some exercise, I would just stumble back onto my chair thinking of where to go next for more delicious food.
I thought this is life but I got the perception all wrongly planned. I got weaker and lazier as the time went by. Seeing this situation and how bad a shape I was in, my friend dragged me to the gym for a few days. Initially, it was fun but subsequently after the muscle cramp from each session, I gave up. I also hated the trouble of dressing up in nice sportswear and drive all the way to the gym under such hot humid weather.
Finally, I thought of another way to get those fat burned off in the comfort of my home. I bought myself one of those viewpoint treadmills that combined entertainment and at the same time make me exercise for a fitter body. Not only did I get to monitor my workout progress through the 7” built-in flat screen but at the same time I get to do what I love most – watching my favorite movies through iPod with Theater Quality Sound System. Now this is what I call life and I have never regretted getting such wonderful exercising equipment. If I can do it with ease, why can’t you?

I was asked to take in lots of Vitamin B and memory booster such as Gingko Bibola but I could not do so. I was even asked to consume lots of juices and fluids but still I could not. I dare not take the risk of burning myself out. Why? It is because I am not what I am supposed to be. I am the Central Processing Unit (CPU) of the much dependable computer. Day in and out, I will be churning out and processing millions of “0” and “1” and this is taxing my brains out.
This clearly proved that the life of a CPU is rather tedious. Without me, the life of human would not be easy too. All the human ever did was to laze around in front of the monitor and busy keying in lots of raw data. Can you imagine me working nonstop inside that small little humid cubicle of mine, sweating away to get those data processed? If I am too slow in getting my work done, I will also be cursed upon without fail. Sometimes I wondered if that human of mine ever care about my health? I will also need my beautiful rest as human do. Multi-tasking and working endlessly for days without having an opportunity to shut my eyes to have a decent rest, have become such a norm in my life.
I often wondered too if that human of mine realized that a little bit of additional assistance will ease my tension. It is so easy and affordable to just head out to the nearest computer shop to get me a new and upgraded brain. If not, I would not mind having another ram brother to help me out during the busiest hours of my life. Work loads will never stop but at least I will get to finish up all my duties in a shorter period of time. The faster work loads get done, the more chances of me getting more rest. After all, a healthier body will surely have a better mind. Don’t you think so?

I
had just been informed that I would be joining a few of my former schoolmates a couple hundred of miles away for a gathering at the end of next month. This has come as a thrill to me as I have not been meeting up with any of them for ages since everyone has been busy with their own lives. What made me more excited is that we will be putting up in one of my schoolmate’s castle-like bungalow. I have been there once and the whole place truly amazed me with his tasteful choice of interior as well as the exterior decorations. This former schoolmate of mine sure knows how to make his house fit to be lived by a king. After all, that is his expertise for being one of the top interior designers in the country.
Although the built-up area of the bungalow is not as big as I had exaggerated, he managed to utilize the available spaces and turned each and every corner of his house into style and beauty. In fact, he made his whole garden into such a clean and environmental friendly area that you can practically make it into your outdoor room. As you walk into the terracotta tiled pathway into the house, you can see a mini lily pond with a roman statue pouring a jug of water into it, a rattan swing with awnings, tasteful patio furniture designs, and some neatly arranged potted plants. The whole garden has been transformed into a sanctuary without any dull and tired corners. There is even a mini BBQ area with beautiful pastel shade deck chairs to laze about.
With the nice and ingenious way in creating such an appealing and functional garden, I do not think I will need to elaborate further on how beautiful the interior of his house is. The whole house is filled with ceramics and antiques which he had gathered during his trips throughout the world. I just could not wait for the gathering and I am sure I will be the first to be in his Jacuzzi bath for hours.

I have always dreamt of staying in a ranch and taking horse rides to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside. Can you imagine how fresh and unpolluted the air is compared to the urban skyscrapers filled city? Staying healthy and staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city whenever I could have become my alternate lifestyle. It is indeed a great change of environment to be able to breathe in fresh clean air.
Riding a horse is not so hard if you are well equipped with the correct equipments and accessories for the trip. There are a lot of different brands of saddles and safety helmets available in the market. Make sure that you choose saddles that are designed well for riding. You need to get one with enough room to slide forward and backward. Furthermore, you have to ascertain that it is comfortable to you as well as your horse.
On top of that, you have to ensure that the safety helmets are meant for equestrian purposes and not any other biking helmets. Equestrian safety helmets are designed to protect the back of the head in case you fall backwards. Moreover, if you are still new in this, never go on a trip alone without any companion. You might not know when accident will happen and you really needed someone’s help.

After much persuasion from my uncle, I finally agreed to join him for some golfing experiences at a local golf club. Initially, I hated the game as I have to be under the blazing sun all the time. But after putting a few shots, my interest grew more and more. I almost got a-hole-in-one. This got me motivated to strive for the best. Unfortunately, I still could not achieve that after playing 18 holes. Well, I should have learned more on the unevenness of the green.
Learning up golfing is not so hard after all. It takes lots of patience and practices. Of course you will also need quality putters and irons to go with it. My uncle has been using the Ping Golf equipments for years. I guessed having those quality putters and iron did speed up my time and accuracy. After seeing me doing quite well as a first timer, my uncle decided to get me the Ping Junior Set plus some of the Ping Golf Accessories. Watch out Tiger Wood, I am going to be your next competitor!
