The local Internet Service Provider (ISP) has been having some server issues for the past two weeks and browsing through some websites has been extremely slow. Needless to say, I even had problems accessing to my own websites. Instead of banging my head against the monitor and screaming for help trying to get all my online work done, I had decided to relax myself from getting more stress due to the internet access issues. What would be the next alternative when you have a bad connection issue? I would just laze in front of the TV, catching up with those movies that I had missed.
But then, what’s the point having the best HDTV Home Theater System at home when I can’t even have the full comfort to relax myself? I would love to pamper myself by lying on my sofa but it did hinder my other family members from utilizing it. To sit upright all the time indeed gave me more discomforts. I will need to get some solutions now but could I do? Should I buy more sofas for the living room should I get some bean bags to throw around my rugged areas?
Hmm… Why my neighbor never complained about the connection issues even though his whole family members were heavy internet users? They do look as relax as ever. Could it be the home theater seating he had purchased recently? I really had to go over now ask them about their secret. Gosh! Those chairs are darn comfortable! Not only was I able to relax fully on the soft cushions it has, I can even adjust it to a position that I would feel comfortable in. With his assurance that I would not have any regrets purchasing one, I’m surely going to head down town now to book my orders. Maybe I would just get the whole set for every single members of my family. They ought to have the comfort in life as well.
I'm thirsty for a drink now. Would you be kind enough to treat me?

vacation
The most exciting trip of my life would be just a month away from now and guessed where it would be this time? It’s going to be a week of fun and relaxing vacation in Hawaii, away from my hectic work schedules. With beautiful sunsets, golden beaches and warm friendly locals, I would surely not miss out the opportunity to take as many photographs as I can for my personal scrapbook project.
With so many potential fun activities around the state of Hawaii with over hundreds of surrounding islands to hop around, I could easily shoot up thousands of beautiful sceneries and landscapes from water activities such as surfing, scuba diving to inland activities such as hiking trip to the volcanoes and visiting pineapple plantations.
Moreover, there are a few must visit islands from the northwest to southeast of the Hawaiian Island chain such as Kauai, Oahu, Maui and many more. Being a water sports enthusiast, I will definitely spend more time in Kauai, the fourth largest island in Hawaii. It is a snorkeling paradise. The clear and unpolluted water surrounding the islands is filled with abundance tropical fishes and reefs, a great place to witness the aquatic bounty of Hawaii indeed.
The only two things I have to worry about now would be the batteries for my camera and the quantity of photographs that I could store in my sd card. With the chances of being out of the hotel most of the time, I guessed I would have to purchase more backup accessories for my digital camera. It’s going to be a trip to remember forever and photographs sure will bring back many fond memories.

After so many years of working without taking any vacation, I ought to take one right now. It’s time I should let loose and enjoy myself to the maximum to do what I have longed for – skiing, mountaineering and hiking in the snow. Austria would be the ideal destination as the small country has the snowy ski villages of the Tyrolean Alps to the breathtaking resorts at the southern lake district of Vienna.<
Austria has always reminded me of the beautiful sceneries, museums, churches and architectural structures in which Julia Andrews starred in my all time favorite, The Sound of Music. Austria, being known as a classical music country in the world map was also the birth place of world class musicians such as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.
I better start checking all the travel deals that would be available now as I could not wait to get my hands on those Vienna sausages, Afpelstrudel, Palatschinken, Germknodel and many other yummy delicacies that I have been yearning for. The more I talk about food, the hungrier I get now. I’m wondering if I should make Austria my winter sports or Austrian cuisine destination. Maybe I would just choose both since I would be there for my vacation. 😛

watch
Have you experienced being late for an important appointment that would cost you your job or a multi million dollar deal? Well, I had but it was not as serious as the two mentioned earlier. I was to attend a birthday lunch that I had arranged for my Dad and I was almost late if not for my alertness. Thank goodness gracious!
I’m a person who would keep to my appointed time but somehow my watch had failed me again. The wonderful thing is that when I brought my watch for a fix, the watch repair person could not find any faults in the mechanism. I’m still wondering how the time on my watch could have slowed down for an hour or so and yet continued to be alive after that. Another thing that surprised me was that it would happen once every three to four months although I had the batteries replaced with brand new quality ones. This is still a mystery!
I’m so attached to my watch that I could not go without it as it was a gift from a personal friend. But to face the little hiccup that it would bring every few months could be rather risky, especially when it would be an important meeting that I had to attend. I had sent the watch to be monitored for a few weeks many times but it came out with a clean bill each time. I guessed I would have to find other alternatives as misjudging time could be a matter of life or death situations. Anyone would like to present me with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Ginza Limited Edition? I heard that it’s one of the best around the world.

It is great to own some pets to keep the home environment more lively but there are also hiccups when you have just one too many at a time. That was what I found out… the hard way. Initially, I just told myself that having a pair of cats at home would surely make my life happier. Eventually, the two pets had another three kittens joined in the family just a few months later. Well, FIVE pets in the house would still be manageable. Subsequently, two strays came knocking at my front door with that Shrek’s Puss-In-The Boot pathetic looking eyes begging for food. Being a compassionate person, I fed them outside as they were fleas infested.
Just within the next few days, step by step and wit by wit, they managed to gain control over the house, making friends with the rest of the indoor cats. Well, SEVEN is still within my means to get them well fed and comfortable within the house. Out of the blues, the mother cat went out “partying” for a few days and I ended up with another two kittens 2 months later. NINE is quite a crowd but it’s still within my control as all of them had that innocent and well behaved characteristics.
As the kittens began to get older, situations here were rather chaotic. Each day they grew larger and became hyperactive. Day and night, they would be chasing each other endlessly upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside of the room. With all the rough play, they subsequently made a large hole on my plaster based wall. With so many of them within the house, I could not detect who was the culprit. It would well be the big and strong Jeremy or my wild little girl, Jolyn. What else could I do except to drag myself to the nearest material handling store to get that hole patched up? It was no longer fun anymore as there were endless streams of patching and fixing all the time. Although it did eat into quite a noticeable amount in my monthly budget, it’s still a commitment and responsibility I had set upon when I had decided to take care of the welfare of my pets since day one.
