I’m not sure if everyone could still remember the cartoon aired in the 80’s on the wonderful family called The Jetsons? The Jetson family live in Skypad Apartments in Orbit City, where all homes and businesses are raised high above the ground and built with a futuristic architecture? You would be surprised that we have one of those constructions right here in Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It’s none other than the home of YTL Corporation Berhad’s Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Francis Yeoh.
Completed in the latter part of 2008, the residence is the ultimate expression of the taste, influence and industrial-scale capabilities of the prominent family whose entrepreneurial activities have shaped Kuala Lumpur’s skyline. You would find within this 3,000 square meter enclave 9 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, 2 guest suites, a ballroom, a study, a game room, a swimming pool, 2 family halls, a private dining, public reception area and huge private and public parking bays. At one glance, it indeed looked like the cage for my cats when handling them to the vet. How I wished I were a cat in that huge cage as the whole interior was furnished with state-of-the-art furniture and fitting. It was indeed my dream home but then only a few pockets are large enough to buy one. Haiz! There goes my dream!
I wonder if I could only get one of this for my house. Even with my endless hours of struggling to earn more money, I don’t think I could even afford just the swimming pool. Mr. Yeoh… any chance of renting out just the pool? LOL!

Since kitchen has been an essential center for all our culinary activities, focus and attention should be given to the remodeling of the whole place. A fresh facelift would do a great deal in pepping up our moods and inspire us to prepare the best meals for our family. What more, it has also become part of the gathering place for the whole household members.
Each individual has his or her own preferences to a kitchen. Generally, all of us have one thing in common, that is to have a kitchen that would be less cluttered with areas that’s easy to clean. Hidden cabinets with easy to reach arrangement would do the job well to keep everything out of sight. I guessed having a high quality laminated surface would be ideal for cleaning compared to those wooden ones that would absorb greases easily.
What about the dish washing area or even the usual hand washing sinks? Don’t you want to get that in the highlight of your guests’ topic of discussion? You could always opt for those beautiful stone vessel sinks which would give you the feel of the countryside. These sinks would surely be easy to clean and are very hard, durable and generally acid resistant. Don’t you think they would be ideal in terms of creativity and practicality?

I thought visiting Las Vegas might cost me a bomb but I was wrong when I visited the state not long ago. Of course, it was during weekdays where most of the visitors were busy working elsewhere. Accommodation wise, I had no problem as the rates would always be based on supply and demand. When there’s no much of events or holidays around the corner, hotels will supply good rooms at great rates.
Strict on budgeting myself and yet yearning to explore the beautiful Las Vegas, I set out sight seeing on the city buses. It was great as the unlimited rides cost me only $5 per day. Even the monorail had a 3-day pass with unlimited rides for merely $40. I had no problem with food either as I had sandwiches and fast food all the time. It cost me barely $12 per meal. Even with the strict budget, I could still managed to pamper myself with reasonably priced visits to the shark reef, wax museum and a few shows.
It does not mean that with a budget tight around your waist you could not go for a vacation. You can still do so by planning careful your itineraries and also to check with the local Vegas vacations counters on the best date to visit. After all, everyone deserved to get the much required vacation in his life.

For medical and social reasons, who does not want to have a perfect sized body to stay healthy and be able to face the public in confidence? The fitter our bodies are, the more resistance they are in against diseases and getting exhausted easily. What more as our ages catch up with us, we are more vulnerable to sickness. Therefore, we should always be in the state of watching our diet by getting the necessary amount of exercise at least few times weekly.
Though regular exercise is recommended for all, we should gradually exercise at a lower level until a level that our bodies can adjust to. Forcing the body to go beyond its limit would strain and injure it, thus you would feel tired all the time. But no everyone has the motivation and consistencies in getting into the habit of exercising. Some would join some weight reduction programs or having their own diet programs. No matter what, do not exert your body. Can you imagine forcing your car engine to travel around the country without resting it?
You could hardly count the amount of weight loss products in the market as there are just too many. Of all that you may have tried out, some may not even work out at all. Thus, more money had been spent unnecessary. It would be better if you would check out some of the weight loss pill reviews through the internet and find out our other consumers had reviewed. After all, you should be aware of what’s the best for your body.

I’m going camping for sure but not by the beach or by the mountain anywhere within my home country but in Miami in the southeastern state of Florida. You would be asking what the heck I’m doing in Miami where it’s the seventh largest metro area in the United States. Am I really going to camp by setting up my tent in such a large city? Well, Miami is the only major city in the United States bordered by two national parks, Everglades National Park on the west and Biscayne National Park on the east. Surrounding these two parks are tens of great camping sites, of which some might be privately owned.
Even with the easily available parks, you would still expect me to really set up my tent and camp overnight? Of course I’m not going to miss out my vacation by doing that. It would surely be a more relax and luxurious camping style by mode of my rented recreational vehicle. At least I have the least of worries on gathering dry fire woods for my cooking and also where to ease myself during nature’s call. Moreover, I still have a comfortable and clean bed to sleep on without worrying about the invasion of bugs.
Gosh! I’m really spoilt! Gone were the days of my childhood camping where I have to work hard to ensure a pleasant camping days. Now with rv camping, everything has been so easy. Technology and modernization sure changed our lifestyle a lot.
